As an Office Executive at OdooLEAM, you will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve a blend of administrative tasks, customer service, and support for our dynamic team. 

This role is a combination of creativity and rigorousness by nature, you need to think creatively. We expect the candidate to be proactive and "get it done." spirit. To be successful, you will need solid problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and emails.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain records and files.

Communication

  • Coordinate internal and external communication.
  • Draft and proofread documents, emails, and reports.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Master demos of our software
  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English

Team Support

  • Collaborate with different teams (development, marketing, sales, etc.).
  • Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
  • Provide support during the recruitment process.

General Office Tasks

  • Greet visitors and ensure a positive experience.
  • Keep the office tidy and organized.
  • Handle basic financial tasks (petty cash, expense reports, etc.).

Qualifications


  • Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in office administration or related roles.
    • Familiarity with software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
